Before booking a treatment at Laserways, please take the time to read and fully understand our terms and conditions, as outlined below.

1. Appointments

All practitioners at Laserways are trained and approved according to our treatment protocols. Prior to your appointment, we will provide you with any necessary preparation instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in appointment cancellation, reduced treatment time, or additional charges. Specific treatment preparations include:

• For face treatments: Please ensure all makeup is removed before treatment.

• For laser hair removal: The treatment area should be shaved 24 hours before the appointment, and the area must be free of hair. Clients must avoid waxing or plucking prior to laser hair removal treatments and throughout their treatment plan.

We make every effort to ensure your appointment runs on time. In the event of a short-notice appointment cancellation by Laserways, we will do our best to inform you in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours may result in charges. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in a 100% charge or forfeiture of your treatment. For more information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures that appointment availability is maximised for all clients. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us or use our online booking system at least 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice or do not attempt to reschedule or cancel outside of the 72-hour timeframe specified, it will result in the redemption of your treatment.

3. Payment and usage of Treatments

All treatments (excluding consultation and test patch appointments and Cryotherapy treatments) require payment in advance. Payment for treatment courses or packages must be made in full before the first treatment. Treatment courses (excluding tattoo removal) must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Unused treatments after 12 months will be automatically redeemed, requiring the purchase of a new package. Tattoo removal packages must be used within 24 months of purchase, with unused treatments automatically redeemed. Package refunds are only granted for medical reasons. Refunds are calculated by deducting the full list price of completed treatments and any charges for non-attendance.

4. Suitability for Treatment

Clients are responsible for providing relevant medical history and medication details before each treatment. We cannot treat individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding or under the age of 18. We will assess your suitability for treatment before proceeding.

5. Liability

Clients must read and sign consent forms before treatment, and adherence to the aftercare guidelines is essential. Clients are responsible for disclosing medical history and medications. Laserways will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
